Goats
British Toggenburg

Toggenburgs are large goats. The most important consideration in the female is her dairy quality. They have a gentle temperament and are easily managed. Toggenburgs have variations in type and colour, however, the females must carry white Swiss markings on the head, legs and around the tail and rear. Body colours vary between fawn and brown.

Golden Guernsey
The Golden Guernsey faced extinction in the second World War, when they were fed to the invading forces. A few goats were hidden in caves and the current stock is descended from these few goats. Golden Guernseys are known to be docile in nature and make good pets. They also produce a good amount of milk.

Pygmy Goat
Pygmy goats originate from Africa, where they are a dual-purpose breed; here in Britain, pygmy goats are kept as pets. They are the smallest breed of goats and come in many colour varieties.
